I just listened to Queer As Punk on BBC Radio 6 Music a few days ago and I never knew how intertwined queer culture and the history of punk rock were and are. I want this site to be a bridge for those two worlds.
So, here’s my introduction. My name is Jess Five. I am a musician and visual artist. I also happen to be a queer punk. I am hoping to post my creations on this page that I made to share with you. I am also hoping to share my love of all things punk and queer such as queercore. I’ll write about other things too as I am like an onion and have many layers.
